Default How do i delete a saved rectangle in excel?

I have been using rectangles from the draw tools in an excel worksheet. I no
longer need them but when i try to delete them the text in the box deletes
but not the rectangle itself. Any ideas please. Gordon

Hi
With your mouse, click on the border of your rectangle, it should highlight the
outline of the rectangle then press delete.

Thanks for that John. It worked fine. I did notice that when i highlighted
the box the rectangle would not delete if the curser was flashing in the box.
So in future i will make sure there is no curser when i try to delete.
