Default Need your help Shane

Dear Shane Devenshire
what you have suggested is working but there is problem that i making the
counting in Rows and in the end it make total right but write jan in the end
of total as 23-jan and i am making sheet for the month of Feburary so it is
the previous month being printed. i hope you can help

Hi,

I am not clear on this question. Are you saying that you want to count the
data by month? What does the raw data look like?

Month Status
1/1/09 a
.....
2/1/09 p
2/2/09 2p
....

I see nothing in the original email about Jan or Feb. Nor do I understand
what
Jan-23 is about? Is that a date or are you showing January total of 23?
