Default How do I change the size of one cell or groups of cells?

I would like to be able to have different cells different sizes than the
whole row/ colum. How do I change sizes of on cell or a group of cells and
not whole row for example?

Hi,

In short you can't, if you increase a cell size then that applies to the
entire row or column. You can merge 2 or more cells.
