How can I create a menu to open several workbooks at a time?

an alternative approach, open the workbooks you want and then use file / save as workspace to save a workspace ... next time you need all these files just open the workspace and they'll open automatically. -- Cheers JulieD check out www.hcts.net.au/tipsandtricks.htm ....well i'm working on it anyway "kwatch" wrote in message oups.com...
