Default Worksheet went grey!

Working in a 3-sheet workbook, the worksheet I was at suddenly went grey.
There are nothing to see, not event the grids. I can copy what was on the
sheet into a new sheet, but the plots and et cetera can not (as they are now
"invisible"). How can I see my data again? The 2 other sheets in the workbook
are normal..
