Default Function or formula to use

Can someone help me again €¦. I try the function but is not work€¦..and maybe I
should draw it clearly . I'm using excel 2003 and i need help about the
function or formula on my monthly sale breakdown. I have 3 or more client
table in a same sheet. Where show date, code, item and weight. I need to
count total of weight by daily from all 3 client table for same item.

Example

Client A
Date Code Item Weight(KG)
1 Jan xxxx PA 10
1 Jan xxxx PH 20
2 Jan xxxx PH 13
2 Jan xxxx PA 10
3 Jan xxxx PA 23
4 Jan xxxx PA 43

Client B
Date Code Item Weight(KG)
1 Jan xxxx PH 10
1 Jan xxxx PA 10
2 Jan xxxx PH 13
3 Jan xxxx PA 15
4 Jan xxxx PH 10
4 Jan xxxx PA 10

Client C
Date Code Item Weight(KG)
1 Jan xxxx PA 10
2 Jan xxxx PH 13
2 Jan xxxx PA 10
3 Jan xxxx PA 50
4 Jan xxxx PH 43

What i need is like below

Date Item Weight(KG)
1 Jan PA 30 ( the result is sum from above client table
where item =PA )
2 Jan PA 10
3 Jan PA 88
4 Jan PA ?

( result for 1 Jan = Client A,B & C ( 10+10+10 = 30 )

( so what formula or function to sum all item PA for 4 Jan from above client
table )
