Using Excel 2000, is there a maximum number of characters which can be
entered for each list item. In other words, what is the maximum width of each data item used in a validation list? Also, aside from the number of rows in a worksheet, is there a maximum number of items you can include in one list? Could a validation list have 65,536 items in it? I have looked in Debra D.'s instructions on "Contextures" but could not find a specific reference to width or number of items limtiations. All help is greatly appreciated. -- LPS |
