Default Updating Absolute References

Is it possible to do a global update to all absolute references? I have a
large worksheet that links to another and it must be updated each month to
change the link and move it one cell below, i. e. from say A23 to A24. I
want to be able to do this at one time rather than changing each link
individually.

Maybe yes.

If you used Ctrl+K, or Insert Hyperlink for your links, you're probably out
of luck with regard to changing specific cell callouts. (FYI, you can edit
the workbook source(s) using Edit-links)
If you used the HYPERLINK formula, then its a simple matter of using Find &
Replace.
