Conditional Formatting
If i have a date in column A and have a formula that calculates 90 days from
that date to Column B and I want to add conditional formatting to Column B that flags 120, 90, and 60 days from the column B date how would I go about doing that? |

Conditional Formatting
Try the triplets below as the CF "Formula Is" for Conditions 1 to 3
Select col B (with B1 active), then apply the CF: =AND($B1TODAY(),$B1<=TODAY()+60) =AND($B1TODAY()+60,$B1<=TODAY()+90) =AND($B1TODAY()+90,$B1<=TODAY()+120) Format each to taste -- Max Singapore http://savefile.com/projects/236895 Downloads:20,500 Files:365 Subscribers:65 xdemechanik --- "Frecks1983" wrote: If i have a date in column A and have a formula that calculates 90 days from that date to Column B and I want to add conditional formatting to Column B that flags 120, 90, and 60 days from the column B date how would I go about doing that? |

One more thing how can i add to the 60 day one to flag when it is 60 days and
older, like the feb 09 is less than 60 days and when its past than can i add a flag to that as well. so when march 09 is here it will still flag it red? -- Frecks1983 "Max" wrote: Try the triplets below as the CF "Formula Is" for Conditions 1 to 3 Select col B (with B1 active), then apply the CF: =AND($B1TODAY(),$B1<=TODAY()+60) =AND($B1TODAY()+60,$B1<=TODAY()+90) =AND($B1TODAY()+90,$B1<=TODAY()+120) Format each to taste -- Max Singapore http://savefile.com/projects/236895 Downloads:20,500 Files:365 Subscribers:65 xdemechanik --- "Frecks1983" wrote: If i have a date in column A and have a formula that calculates 90 days from that date to Column B and I want to add conditional formatting to Column B that flags 120, 90, and 60 days from the column B date how would I go about doing that? |

One more thing ...
Do me a favour. Since the earlier response should have worked fine & given you the core grasp of it relevant to your original query, go back to that response and press the YES button (like the one below). Post afresh (ie start a new thread) for your new query -- Max Singapore http://savefile.com/projects/236895 Downloads:20,500 Files:365 Subscribers:65 xdemechanik --- |
