Default Condtional Formating

Can I conditionally format one cell based on the informaiton in another? I
want to create a type of form. If answer No in cell B3, cells B4,5,6 will be
backed out. you would then goto cell B7.

Hi,

Select B4 - B6 then
Format|Conditional format
Formula is
=$B$3="no"
Pick a colour
OK

Is it possible to lock a cell as part of the conditional formatting? If B3
say No cells B4,5,6 are locked so no data can be entered?

Hi,

No, you can't do that as part of conditional formatting but you could do it
using worksheet_change
