Default formulas

suddenly, when values in a formula are changed, the linked totals or formulas
in another column do not update - Never experienced this problem before. Any
suggestions?

Menu Tools|Options, Calculation tab, ensure Automatic calculation is checked.

Default formulas

Check that Calculation is set to Automatic:

Tools Options Calculation.
