how do i mark the last used cell as page end, my spreadsheet goes down to row
26661 and across to BU. We are currently only up to line 3660 row Z

What are you looking for? You can probably set the PrintArea
dynamically if you want easy printing. Or if you want the last cell
automatically highlighted or Named (so you can find it easily) in some
way, a macro or UDF can do it. You could also set the PrintArea
manually pretty fast if you know the shortcuts to manuvering around a
spreadsheet.

Default Marking page end

Delete...........do not clear contents...........all rows and columns below
and right of the actual range of data.

Then SAVE the workbook to reset the used range.
