HELP Please - Formula problem
I'm trying to create something like this with option buttons under the
ratings and totals at the bottom. I can't figure out how to get the option buttons to work - can anyone help? 5 4 3 2 1 Satisfied w/service 5 4 3 2 1 Paperwork Legible 5 4 3 2 1 Value vs Price 5 4 3 2 1 Likely to call again 5 4 3 2 1 Totals 2 1 1 |
