Default truncation with imports via html

I am trying import HTML into excell, but if i choose to import the file it
will truncate the excell with 65533 rows.
However if i save the html as .txt and import the file into excell then i
get 100,00+ rows. Why is it that html and excell are not allowing the full
import of the file?
