Default HEADER and FOOTER

Hi everyone,

I am just trying to insert a horizontal line just below the header and
just above the footer. Is this possible? I can do this in Microsoft
Word but I just don't know how to do this in excel.

Thank you for your help in advance.

Regards,

James

Default HEADER and FOOTER

With the Header, you could just format to single underline or reverse the
steps below.

For the footer, in Center Footer enter a line of underscores ______________
then hit ENTER and type in or Icon in your footer

Firstly, Thanks so much for your help.

Actually if my A4 landscape style margin is 1.9 left and 1.9 right, I
wanted to have horizontal line below the header all the way between
those margins.

It only allows me 255 characters.

What should I do?

Please help

Maybe you could create the header in MSWord. Print a few sheets with just that
header (from MSWord). Then run the paper through again when printing your excel
data.
