How do I delete the old Header titles that display when I press the dropdown
arrow for Custom Headers? |

Header/Footer
There should be nothing in the Custom Headers dropdown except the currently
entered header. You must be confusing Custom Headers with Headers which has a long list of crap. You cannot delete these except by deleting entries in FileProperties. Even then, you can't get rid of all of them.
