Default Transferring formulas from older excel versions

I have recently updated my Office to 2007. Recently I have found that some of
my excel worksheets were altered in the process. Does anyone know if the
formulas if transferred on a worksheet from an older excel version are
suseptable to change??

What version did you upgrade from?

Give us an example of what changed, becuase normally, Excel will run all
previous versions' spreadsheets properly.

Regards,
Fred.
