Default Formulas showing as correct but not working

I use a very very basic formula to calculate a percentage of one column into
another. I've not changed anything but today when opening the document, the
formula does not work. I've tried reentering it but still does not work.
Has anyone any ideas on what might be the cause.

check the values in evaluate formula. It will show you where it is
facing an issue.
