Default How to protect a cell with conditional format?

Hi

I have a work sheet with 20rows and few hundred columns. All the cells has
different values and so has different conditional format.the worksheet is
protected with the required cells locked. The cells with conditional format
has not locked and people unknowingly copying the cells from one to
another. And this made the conditional format(values) to change. Can anyone
tell me how to lock the conditional format so that even if they copy, the
conditional format should not change from one cell to another. Please help.

1. unprotect the worksheet
2. unlock all cells
3. Edit Goto Special... Conditional formats
4. Format Cells... Protection Locked
5. protect the worksheet.
