![]() If you hold your control key down and select all the sheets where you want to update the footer, your changes will be made to all sheets selected. This is true of most changes you make to any sheet so "remember to uncheck the sheets when done!" Note: The shift key also works for selecting multiple sheets Lance "Chris" wrote: I regularly print out my management accounts and each new month has a new reference which has to be included as a footer. Is there a method whereby I can update all the footer settings within the monthly spreadsheet at the same time? currently I have to update each page/sheet within the workbook seperatly. Many Thanks |
