Default Protected Workbook, no comments?

I have cells unlocked in a protected workbook, those using the unlocked cells
need to be able to add comments but it is not an option. How do I allow
comments?

Thanks!

When you protect the sheet, be sure to put a checkmark next to Edit Objects,
then they should be able to add comments.
