Default 2 data sets in pivot tables

Can someone advise - when creating a pivot table showing 2 sets of data in
the summary section in Excel 2003, if you drill down to display only one set
of data, the drop down arrow allowing you to select "All" disappears. How do
you go back to showing both sets without dragging the field in again?

Thanks
