Let's say your data is in A1:C100

And these entries start in D1
D1 E1 F1 G1 H1
Start Date End Dates July August September
June 14 12

In F2 use =SUMPRODUCT(--($A$1:$A$100=D2),--($B$1:$B$100=F$1),$C$1:$C$100)
Copy this across the row
