I have multiple, similar charts in Excel. How can I change a feature in all
charts (e.g. x-axis font size, chart type) in all charts without going into each one individually? Even better, how can I change the range of all charts to include an extra column? |

1. If you're not using Excel 2007, you can change an element of one chart
(e.g., an axis or a series), then select the corresponding element of another chart and click F4 to repeat the last action. In Excel 2007, the F4 Repeat Last Action shortcut has been largely disabled (or crippled). If it's a simple matter of extending all series on all charts from column M, say, to column N, you could try this little utility, which does a find-replace on all chart series formulas: http://peltiertech.com/Excel/Charts/ChgSrsFmla.html - Jon ------- Jon Peltier, Microsoft Excel MVP Tutorials and Custom Solutions Peltier Technical Services, Inc. - http://PeltierTech.com _______ "MikeONeill" wrote in message ...
