Default Comparing Lists

I have 2 lists column A & Column B. They both contain text of company names.
I want to extract all the co's with similar names and place them in column
c. Please help!!

column c:
enter in C2:
=if(iserror(vlookup($A2,$B:$B,1,false)),"",$A2)
then copy the formula down in column C
