Default Link Formula to Spreadsheet in Same Folder

tIs it possible to link formula to a spreadsheet that is in the same folder
as the spreasheet I want o update?

The Scenario:
I have a production planning spreadsheet that is duplicated each week and
inserted into a new folder representing the week number, i.e. Week23, Week24
Week25 etc. I current has a sheet that contains all of the forecasts for our
customers. This sheet is used to calculate average usages and maximum &
minumum stock levels each week. I want to extract this sheet into its own
file to reduce the size of the master file.

Unfortunately, If I do so, any links to the file will need to be recreated
whenever the new master planning spreadsheet is transferred into thew ne
folder. I would like to link the master spreadsheet to this extracted filed
(as the name will not change) so that any formula always looks in the root
folder of the master files.

All the files within each weeks folder are transferred to the new folder and
the names remane the same.

Is this possible?
Thanks in advance for any solutions, Nick
