Default Dropdown lists and Functions/Formulas

Is there anyway to put a dropdown list in a formula? Have it self populate in
a cell? I am trying to have it so you can choose a number in a drop down
list, in the next cell it generates the next drop down list, and continuing
for four cells.... I have 33 values which is much to large for the simple
formulas. Also, once this information is imputted, can it generate on another
worksheet in the workbook? For example, you Choose Building A, and the
information you place the cells generates on Building A's worksheet? Sorry
this is so complicated, but I am just trying to make this program as easy to
use as possible. Any advice is appreciated!

Hello there.

Indeed AliCat86, that is hugely complicated and more then likely your
going to have to build that yourself or hire someone local to do that
for you.

From what I've read and from what I know about Excel, you cannot
actually put a drop down list INTO a formula, but you can put a drop
down listbox OVER the cell that contains your formula, use links (ie: =
$A$5 for example) that can all be refered to a "Master" list area, and
THAT information be retrieved from a Listbox Cell Link. (From the
control options area)

Well, that's about as much information as I can get for you at the
moment, hope that helps!
