Default Variable screen size, not resolution

Just moved to Office 2007 (still on XP) and I've not been able to find where
or how to reduce the size of a spreadsheet on my monitor to 75-95%, depending
on how many columns of data I want to see. I don't want to change the screen
resolution, just how much of a spreadsheet displays at a time. Where is the
box to reduce the % showing or how do I now do it?

Thanks!
