Is it possable to write a Program in Excell to Predict the Lottery winning
numbers, I am sure a lot of us have given this some Thought any Ideas? |

![]() It certainly is possible. I have done that for both the California and Oregon State USA lotteries. It certainly is possible.
I stand corrected. I have done that for both the California and Oregon State USA lotteries. However, for some reason my name still does appear on the Forbes 400 list. Never mind, I think I'll stick with my original answer.<g Rick |

Pick a random set of numbers for that lottery, for example 5 of 47 and 1 of 27 numbers. I predict that the winning lottery number is anything but the one you pick :-). |
