Default budget forecasting

I would like to know if there is a formula to help me forcast my budgets
I know that I have $6,861.31 to spend per month.
I know that that we charge $6.79 for every manhour activity that is performed
I know that we charge $2.23 for every Square foot completed.
The budget stays the same every month, however the amount of work days
changes and therefore so does the daily amount to spend per month. Also the
crews are 5 man crews, each man works 10 hours a day for a crew total of 50
man hours per day. If they work on the squarefoot activity they get paid for
the square foot not the man hour. They work a total of 4 days a week. I
wonder if there is a formula that would allow me to put in these variables
and let me forcast the best way to allocate the money to equal out evenly for
the month. I would like to start using it next fiscal year which starts july
1st so we could base it on having 18 work days in july, averaging 381.17 per
day. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks
