Default IF statements

Is it possible to write a function using 2 logical tests that both have to be
passed in order to return a TRUE value? If so, how is this written?

Default IF statements

The function is AND
The syntax (for that function, and all others except DATEDIF) is shown,
usually with examples, & often with "See Also" links to related functions,
in Excel help.
