Default Find "Look in" box does not show 'values' on 'formulas'

When working in Excel worksheet, I choose Find or Find and Replace, click on
Options Button, go to Look in drop down list box and only Formulas is a
choice. There should be Values. Is there a setting somewhere that i need to
change?
