Frequency distribution

Machine Speed Bins
A 10 0
A 20 5
B 30 10
D 40 15
E 50 More
A 60
B 70
F 80

How can I do a frequency distribution by Machine ?

I know how to use "frequency" function but I need to segregate the machine
first . How can I do a better way without segregating the data
