Default how do I construct frequency distribution chart

baybeg -

A column chart of a frequency distribution is usually called a histogram.

If you have a frequency distribution, use the Chart Wizard to construct a
Column chart type.

If you have raw data, use the Histogram tool of Excel's Analysis ToolPak, or
use my free Better Histogram add-in available at http://www.treeplan.com.
