Default updating query in excel

Hi!

I need your help/expertise! I created a new query in Excel and I have been
clicking on "Refresh" button to refresh the data. But it stopped refreshing
the data anymore. Instead, it gave me the message saying that the webquery
returns no data and I have to modify the query.
I tried to update the web address on DataImport External DataEdit Query
screen, but it kept open to the "log in screen" instead of the chart. I know
that I cannot log on to the website via DataImport External DataEdit query
screen.

The web page containing the data/chart I am keeping in track requires my
username and password. What should I do???

Is there any function where I can save my username and pw so whenever my
excel spreadsheet need to refresh, it can automatically use my log-in
information?

Is there a better program, instead of MS Excel, to fit my needs?

Thanks in advance for all your help!
