Is there a way to enter a comment on a locked cell in Excel?
I am trying to add a comment to a locked cell. I want to keep the cell
locked. Is there a way to enter a comment without unlocking it? |

Is there a way to enter a comment on a locked cell in Excel?
If you protect the sheet, but un-check the objects box, you can allow users
