Default Column Heading with black up_down arrows

A column heading is name and shows an up_down black arrow on the right side
of the column heading which when clicked brings a drop down list of all the
names in that column sorted alphabetically. How do I get that up_down arrow
in my column heading? Can I take an existing worksheet and create the
up_down arrow in my column heading?

Are you talking about Data/ Autofilter? [If you click on an item in the
list, does it hide the rows which don't have that particular item in the
column in question?]

I have three different worksheets. #1,Safe Deposit with names in a column
#2, Checking with names in a column. #3 Savings, with names in a column.
We're trying to determine if #1 has names in either/or #2 or #3.
If names appear in only #1 we need to delete them. Thank you for your quick
response.
