Hi,
What formula can I use to add 3 working days (9-5 mon-fri) onto a date
cell (E38)?

Try this:

=IF(WEEKDAY(E38,2)<3,E38+3,E38+5)

Default Date formula

=WORKDAY(A11,3)
If it doesn't work, look up WORKDAY in Excel help.
