I have named some ranges and wish to apply them to all the formula in my
worksheet. I have looked through the help, and it has told me to select a
blank cell, go to the drop down menu Insert, choose Name and then Apply.
Then
to choose the name and click Ok.

I have done this but get the message 'Microsoft Office Excel cannot find
any
references to replace.' pops up.

The part of the formula i need to change is Parameters!$B$165 and i need
to
change it to Analysis_Period. I know i can do a find and replace, but i
would
like to know why the apply function isn't working.

Any suggestions?
