Default copy of certain rows

Hi Roger
I want perform it automatically not manualy,because i have many matrix with
different data and little time for it.

For Cut
Select rows 367:408CutMove to new sheet A1Paste
Select Rows 3:43CutMove to new sheet cell A1Insert Cut cells
