Default copy rows

With a VBA macro, I have in workbook "Billable Jobs" in sheet "Overview" in
column "C" the following

10201-05-2002
10300-05-1010
10300-05-1013
10300-05-1016
I want to copy them in sheet "Item Data" in column "D" BY INSERTING 12 ROWS
BETWEEN ROWS
10201-05-2002

10300-05-1010
