Default Copy and paste only the rows with subtotals

I have a spreadsheet where I can click on the "1" "2" "3" buttons to the
left to make different summary levels appear.

When I click on "2", I have just the five rows with subtotals visible.

I want to just cut and paste those just these rows rows to a different
spreadsheet, but when I paste, all the rows are pasted in, not just the
subtotals.

Is there a way to just paste the subtotals?

Thanks,
Alan

You are trying to use a template but you do not want to redo the formulas.

After you paste you highlight the data that you did not want pasted and hit
delete.

If you truly want to CUT & PASTE then you'll have to do it manually.
However, if you want to COPY & PASTE, select the range, then press F5, click
on Special and select Visible Cells Only. Copy the selection, move to your
destination, and paste. Excel seems to want to paste values only, not
formulas. If you want formulas, you'll have to do a cut & paste one subtotal
row at a time
