Default General Ledger Template

I downloaded a General Ledger Template from Microsoft. It contains a YTD
sheet, A Monthly Sheet ( Sub Totals by General Ledger Account ) and seperate
sheets for each General Ledger Account.

The formula as written is
=SUMIF('21000-Salaries'!$J:$J,"="&(TEXT(C$5,"mmm-yy")),'21000-Salaries'!$E:$E)

However the data from 2100-Salaries is not showing up on the monthly sheet.
Can anyone help me to make the change or correction.
