Default need a calculation for browsing centre

giving one column in time
one column to out time
conditions are

Rs 5 for 15 minutes
Rs10 for 30 minutes
Rs 15 for 60 minutes
Rs 75 for 20 minutes
Rs 90for 25minutes
can i make it in excel

I agree with Barb. The table you provided is very confusing. The time values
goes up then down!
Also, are the start and end data stored as real Excel time value like 7:45
AM ?
Are you prepared to use a third column to compute each transaction and then
use SUM to total the cells, OR must you have only one formula to do the
entire computation?
We want to help but need a clearer picture of the problem
