Default How to change the amount of rows that is effected when scrolling.

Right now only the last 5 or 7 rows is shown as new rows when scrolling up
and down. Somehow is the other frozen. What should I do to make all rows
change when scrolling?

Maybe this:

From the top menu, click Window-Unfreeze Panes
