I want to set an alert in my speadsheets if the number excededs a set value.
I have set the formular for true or false but would like it in red so I can't miss it. |

Use Data Validation with a formula that will evaluate to TRUE. Note the
formula should evaluate to TRUE *NOT* return TRUE eg. =A1025 -- HTH Sandy In Perth, the ancient capital of Scotland and the crowning place of kings Replace @mailinator.com with @tiscali.co.uk "JD@Morrison" wrote in message ...
