Default IF THEN color cell red

Select the cell and click Format on the top Toolbar, select 'Conditional
Formatting'
In the dialogue box that appears, select 'Cell Value Is' on the left and
'Greater than or equal to' in the middle (I'm presuming that you want the
cell to react if its 95% or more, if you want only 95%, select 'Equal to')
In the right hand box enter 0.95
Click 'Format' and set the cell colour to red.
Regards,
Alan.
