Hi,
I have four: A = Name B= Employee Start Date C= 6monthReview D= AnnualReview I want to put a formula in columns C and D based off of the Employee start date, but the dates that pop up in these columns need to be for the current year. For example, if 'Bob' started on 1 May 2002, I need for 1 May 08. I intend on applying conditional formatting to flag reveiw dates as they approach, and I want to be able to sort the list based on these dates. Thanks for any help. Frank |
