no idea what you mean, could you please explain in a bit more detail i.e.
i have

and i want

........A.........B......C..............D......... .E
1.....10.......................................... ..10
2...............20................................ ..20
3........................30....................... ..30
4..........................................40..... ..40

if so then in column E you could use a formula such as
=SUM(A1:D1) and then fill down ...
