Default Column and Row Titles

I want to change the Column Letters to reflect the 12 months. Column A -
rename to January. Rows will be my construction codes..not Row 1, Row 2,
ect... How do I do this?

Default Column and Row Titles

Can't. Just use row headings in column A and column headings in row
1. If you need to extract data from this, you can use a two-way table
lookup via Index, Match, Match.
